What are people buying this year for winter beaters....? Less than a ton, not too much white, but works with dark/navy jeans?

Still on the hunt for a deal on AM90's too but not yet found a colourway that floats my boat. I do like the Essentials in white/tour yellow/blue recall but not sure if its a bit 1990's for me these days....
