Most of the stuff I like doesn't end up being resold for silly money.

The one and only time I did buy resell was the Saucony Oktoberfest cos I just had to have them and they weren't released here. And they were only 30 or 40 quid over retail anyway.

Sorry, yeah I’d pay overs for bits I’ve missed in the past, I’m watching a few pairs on stockX at the minute, or things that weren’t available in the UK. But for the ‘reselling game’ of people flipping pairs for 3x plus... I’m not down with that

Look at the price for the Yellow ZX8000 pairs that were limited - forgotten the exact name at the minute...

The broomfield are decent, and the quality of the pair I had a looo at were miles better than the brown mallison SPZL.

ZX are called ‘adidas Originals aZX - Jacques Chassaing & Markus Thaler ZX 8000’, can’t find any for sale, but I think the last pair were around £5k someone told me

I think the BW came back out in 16 or 17. There’s been a recent hybrid with the 97 sole, but they’ll get another retro for sure

They come with 3 shoes, 1 to swap around or sell to make another pair with someone else. Mad concept, but love it. I take back the cost comment a few pages ago, I’d pay £200 without thinking about it

As for staff looking down their noses, the complete opposite at Hipstore in Leeds, Size? Leeds, the manager there was a really decent bloke. Had a good chat with both, both genuine guys
