Was down for me also around 1130 (when I noticed it/wasn't on Wifi). Lasted about an hour. In Birmingham.

my Mi Fi works off EE, well normally, it wouldnt work this lunchtime.
nor would the phone.

4 or 5 of my 40 users are affected. Doesn't appear to be geographically dependent - two next to each other; one works the other doesn't. Voice, not data.

I has just been down again briefly (data) - 20 minutes or so

The earlier data outage was 10.30 until 2.30 - voice was fine.

Same here I spent ages trying to adjust settings. It was odd certain data like what's app and Facebook seemed to work but email, internet, twitter did not.

The missus tried to call me last night, straight to voicemail. Then I get a missed call notification an hour later.
