It could all become dreadfully confusing. A three wheel four door MX5?
Anyhow, Mrs B's stricken with a cold at the mo so I'm off to get a bit of shopping. There's something on the list that looks suspiciously like 'Chicken Coop'.
I'm not sure whether to assume it should read 'Chicken Soup' and get a four pack of that, or buy half a dozen fence posts and some wire mesh?
Chicken, Co-op? In other words buy from there. Anyhow, Mrs B's stricken with a cold at the mo so I'm off to get a bit of shopping. There's something on the list that looks suspiciously like 'Chicken Coop'.

I believe they have a deal on chicken this week.

As well as the rest of the shopping I bought four tins of Campbell's finest, six fence posts, a roll of wire mesh and a packet of netting staples. Oh, and a couple of hinges for the door.
I then return home to this:
Good thing really, at least I can get some more apple donuts whilst I'm there

Bugger. I've finished putting everything away so I'm off out again to the Co-Op to effect the purchase of an oven ready chicken, that should comfortably see all bases covered.I believe they have a deal on chicken this week.

Oh, no! He's got into a loop. What a fun day it's been so far, today I have mainly been making "stuff" I'm calling them "stuff" because it REALLY would take far too long to explain what they actually are!! Oh and we may have bought another Doug Hyde sculpture despite saying we weren't buying anymore!!!

Better cuckoo than cuckold old chap!
Indeed, we certainly don't want any goings-on of that sort.Anyhow, I've procured a good size oven ready chicken from the Co-Op. I think I'll roast it and do a few home made chips with it, might even have a bottle of beer too as it's Friday

And about half a minute after the last photo I rolled the Cortina estate..... which is why we screwed castors on the roof of the XJ6 the following year.

We arrived at Maison Blanche camp site on the Wednesday. There was a tip and run cricket match under way with a bat, a ball and a 40 gallon oil drum litter bin as the wicket. There was a lot of beer in evidence. The game continued, day and night, until the race started on Saturday with anything from two to two hundred blokes playing.
I avoided the follow on.

More importantly here we have the broken glass dial of our much used clock after gravity and my arm played a part:
An acrylic sheet painted on the rear and now back in business.
As though I have 10 hours spare to fester around doing it. Still it’s nearly done so it’s one off the long list!
My grandparents were from the Make-Do-And-Mend generation. Their living room clock decided to only work on its side. It was electric and therefore beyond my grandfather's ability to mend so they made do. It sat on its little shelf rotated through ninety degrees for several years until it finally expired. After that when we visited I rather missed going into the room and tilting my head to read the time.An acrylic sheet painted on the rear and now back in business.

Excellent repair there V6.
