Having not spent a whole day on a Manuel lathe for about a year it was a bit tiring today! Stuff it, no it wasn't, it was downright knackering!!!!
What age group are your problematic students Cooped?
The little darlings are year 7 to 11, we are a High School with nearly 1300 students, pretty noisy as you can imagine!!

I thought you might chip in with that, no doubt we can look forward to a nice crisp morning to follow. Certainly be worth putting a jacket on if you're venturing out.

That's enough waffle from me...

Whats all this in the news today about 'unaccompanied miners getting into the UK' ?

If they all come down from the north I'm sure Maggie will have something to say about it.

Snappy title.

It'll need to be a double album to fit it all in though.

Strange business, I don't understand why they'd need to be accompanied? I've met one or two over the years and they seemed quite capable of looking after themselves.

Anyhow, Mrs B's been out and about today so I'm cooking a nice pork casserole. I say 'I', at least the oven seems to be making a sterling attempt at cooking it.
So far so good, I'll see how it turns out.

Used to drink in a bar/club thing in Bushey, The Topper, in the late 70`s/early 80`s the DJ was a dumpy greek lad........

Who became your actual George Micheal.

Parents lived off Bushey High Street iirc.

This time last year I was driving south along the B4009 aiming to get to Newbury through Goring and Streatley. What could possibly go wrong? George Michael had died and fans hoping to catch a glimpse of his house in Goring stopped the traffic on the bridge, that's what.

His house?

Sigh.
