And my gardening shoes.

In my defence it was dark in the hall when I was preparing to leave.

Rant Alert.

I`m seething furiousfurious, actually i'm not i'm disappointed.

Lent my BiL (FD of a local plant hire company for reference) our 2nd lawnmower last weekend.

Realised on the way home tonight that I need it to cut an acre @ Jim AK Acres this evening as i`m away tomorrow until late Sunday at this reading gig in a Welsh field, then one of the PB`s is going out midday Monday & due to the likelihood of him becoming `emotional` I will be on the rods into the evening.

Rang BiL & he said my sister was at home & I was welcome to pop round for it. Bit annoyed at that as it adds an hour to getting home.

Arrive at their house & sis says to me to help myself its in the garden. There it was, electric Flymo as i`m only doing the bit near the house, half under a bush soaking wet!!

I`m afraid I took it through the house, wood floor so not that bad, leaving a trail of grass & water.

As I was in their garden I noticed a pressure washer on the patio, been there a while judging by the mud spattered up the case of it, went back & said, well shouted, bye to sis as she was putting the boy to bed & proceeded to drive home.

Got home & recounted the tale to Mrs Jim AK when she asked me if they had ever given me our little pressure washer back.......

Apparently she lent it to them last autumn after they had some work done on their driveway & wanted to clean it!!!!!

Have suggested it`s liberated while i'm away as i`m suffering red mist issues for the 2nd time in 2 days due to Knob behaviour of others. banghead

Elvis is delayed by an accident and I'm nearly out of battery. I think a Premature Volume Change is called for.

I was going to mention I caught a crab this afternoon but l don't think I'll bother given it's so late in the volume.

I'll leave it until the new one's up and running.

I went to London on Sunday, ticket cost £16.50, train cancelled so I put in a claim and they have decided that as I was delayed by 30-59 minutes they will give me £4.10 refund.

Hmmmm, what shall I spend it on!

Coincidentally, old and out of date volumes of the Trivial Thread are £4.10 if you'd like one.
