As a country we really have a dire future ahead of us - Austi’s post brought this to mind (I can’t remember where I got it - could have been this thread, but it’s worth repeating)

The thing is that there are armies of do gooders standing up for this awful underbelly of our society - why? The funny thing is that these scrotes don’t respect them or offer thanks - they’d nick every last thing they had if they could.
A typical 'I'm all right Jack' polemic. Just a few small problems. Firstly , Dr. Rogers, a southern-US neo-con bible-basher was only born in 1931 . He did use this quote in a sermon in 1984, but he didn’t come up with it. The original author was Gerald LK Smith, in his magazine 'The Cross and the Flag', a right wing white supremacist magazine known for denying the Holocaust.

Nice.
Any passages from Mein Kampf you'd like to share with us?

As I said, I don't know where I saw it.

However if it was written originally by Satan himself, so what? Would you care to point out which bit of it is fundamentally wrong?

"I'm all right, Jack" - what a load of bks! There's a caring, responsible society, there are people from all backgrounds who work hard and there's taking the piss.

+1. Nobody minds contributing into a society that provisions for those worse off on the basic understanding they may also require that support also one day. The problem lies when people whom really do not require that care or support abuse a system out of being pure selfish and self absorbent. Everybody who works and contributes through taxation understands the basic concept of a fair welfare system and what they expect from it but people are sick of seeing it abused by those whom should be contributing fairly but don't contribute anything with full and unreasonable expectations and then the whole lot is managed by weak feckless politicians who put there own self preservation above solving any of the serious issues that future generations are going to suffer badly from.

We flew into Malaga this morning, had a good mixture of decent well groomed and dressed types, beer swilling soap dodgers (Sat in the bar with a pint at 6am, pissed before boarding) with badly fitting clothes. Soon as the plane landed a few of them clapped, screamed like hyenas and cheered, i cringed a bit. We went straight to our vehicle in the airport car park got straight on the AP7 and didn't stop until we got round to La Barossa in Andalusia where we had a lovely meal in a gorgeous little bar surrounded by well mannered, well dressed and lovely family orientated Spanish, no other Brits in sight, bliss.

I would rather stay at home than go anywhere near the costa del sol and its beaches full of new money social climbers and beer swigging council chavs away for a very cheap break. It is dreadful.

/snob hehe
Sorry but I am 100% with you on this one.

While flying home from Tenerife over the weekend I noticed a new Asian food place had opened, I went over to take a look and found they where cooking what seemed like fresh food to order, mostly stir fry veg, noodles etc. I bought some food and to be honest it was very good for airport fodder.

I was the only customer in over 10 minutes, now Burger King next door had a que at least 20 people long at each till all fat tattooed English loud mouthed council types.

Sorry but your choice in motors are as council as they come. But because someone prefers a flame grilled whopper to noodles they're council..

I'm council. I know council when I see it. And the scheme is legendary. Well worth a watch

Had to go to Merry Hill last week, awful place. Unfortunately we had to go up the ‘Asda end’ which is basically a collection of budget pound shops and council stores(imagine a stty version of Mos Eisley).

The latest look among council ladies seems to be impersonating an AWACS via the medium of top buns.

Most BMWs and their drivers. Council.

Who's actually impressed with those pointlessly aggressive headlights? If they weren't so council, they wouldn't need cars with such an angry appearance.

But cahncil and all that warrants it in this instance

"A mother of two beat up an air hostess and vowed to 'rip her ****ing head off' after downing almost an entire bottle of gin on a Thomas Cook flight to Egypt.

Charity worker Bernadette Briggs, 39, was described as going 'completely crazy' after secretly bingeing on gin.

As the plane packed with holidaymakers was due to start its descent from 30,000 feet, Briggs, from St Helens, Merseyside, suddenly stood up from her seat and began swearing and shouting.

When air stewardess Madison Preece asked her to sit down, a swaying and slurring Briggs retorted: 'f**k off' and when told she was putting other passengers at risk she added: 'I'll rip your f*****g head off'.

the days of me and my ilk knocking a pair of semis together to accommodate such families are long gone.

Indeed my response to the 34 yr old unemployed mother of 5, wanting a 5 bed house today was:

since we've evicted you for not paying the rent and you owe £4500: basically do one.

anyone fancy wandering into an estate agent and demanding a 5 bed house, wherever you prefer to live and expect to be given it for free, immediately ?

nope thought not, as you're not moron's.

Funny world we live in, where we think it's acceptable behaviour to assume the state will produce mana from heaven, for no effort.

I'm guessing Ms Preece had no standard photos to offer up for the article wink

'Officers described the incident as an 'isolated psychotic episode' to which the defendant had no memory of.'

Did you see the video of her crappy effort at a blowjob? hehe

She is just an example of the bun, usually worn by dumpier examples.
