Wtf

Have a flick through the twitter feed, there’s a 4 yr old birthday party, and the local under 11’s football team went for pre match drinks fully kitted..
I'd wager the gentleman is a keen masturbator . Happy days indeed !

I could have sworn there used to be one in Birmingham as well...in paradise forum under the (now demolished) Library.
Took me lots of googling to find proof.

Seems it was only open for 17 months. Never went.
It was conveniently located between the office in Cornwall St and the hotel in Broad St I used when visiting so became a bit of a regular in the evenings.

Be rude not to.

Can you believe that he was actually singing along. I can't decide whether it's because he's so conceited or just so thick as to not even understand the words.

Is hooters council?

I don’t think they’re in the U.K. yet but they must be in the way.
Nottingham, others had closed, kids eat free!

Omg I had no idea it was in the U.K. Nottingham you say? Those Nottinghamers must be top sophisticates.
I’m no where near, my brother went when he was doing some shopfitting there, infact the boys went most afternoons.
Hooters. Always used to go when in Miami. Out on the balcony terrace overlooking the harbour and the millionaires yatchs. A warm breeze floating in from the Caribbean. The scent of Bougainvillea wafting up from below. Tucking into Buffalo wings burgers and other delights, an ice cold beer to hand served by the orange clad young ladies. I would suggest that when it comes to Hooters it's location, location, location.

Proof that Hooters Nottingham is a dirty dump. I was forgetting about this from earlier in the year:

https://www.nottinghampost.com/news/nottingham-new...

Dead mice, mice droppings and cockroaches found on site. Dead mice in traps in the cellars and on a beer line. Dead mouse found behind fridges. £3.5k spent on resolving.

I'll +1 to that.

Went to Hooters Las Vegas, crowd was pretty council. Went to Hooters Medellin (Colombia), crowd was much more upmarket, buttoned up shirts, polite language, very little shouting (well except for that time when Colombia was playing Argentina on the telly, but that is a whole other experience).

Location matters, Hooter's LV is located off strip in Paradise which isn't the nicest area of LV (despite it's name), Hooters Medellin is located in El Poblado which is one of the nicest areas of the city.

I think Hooters follows the same method of McD's where it tries to be consistent the world over with food and what not.

Speaking of football celebrations, why can a nation like Colombia, known for its calm and peaceful recent history have a proper street party without the violence and hooliganism where as Britain, known for it's violent drug fuelled civil wars, cannot.

I am very familiar with the Hooters there in Bayside, but I am afraid I think it is rather a dump. There are some far nicer restaurants at sea level next to the yachts you mention. I find Hooters genuinely uncomfortable actually, and the food is at best mediocre. The last one I went to was in Honolulu, but once again, just about anywhere else is preferable really.

I just spotted a classic council name - female I assume - with the second most common surname appended:

Tyla-Jaè *****

Ahh yes, you’re too edgy to be edgy.
And also defensive.
Carry on.

Apparently was opened by Katherine Ryan who was, herself, a Hooters waitress before she became a stand-up comedian: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-4562...
