She must be ill or have an addiction, no way a healthy person however council would look like that at 38!
Seems to run in the women of the family. The daughters all look way older than they are but the 20yo son looks about 15. If they are adults why don't they move out?She must be ill or have an addiction, no way a healthy person however council would look like that at 38!

38? The council have asked that she takes their offers of help by ‘expanding the area of acceptable locations’ (paraphrased)
In other words fk off and become some other council’s problem.
I also wonder why the kids can’t go out to play.
Is it because she doesn’t want them meeting her dealer and their associates?

It all just seems so unfair. I've worked every day of my life since leaving school, I've never been paid a penny in benefits and all I've taken out of the system is two minor operations on the NHS (circumcision and appendectomy, if you're interested). I know I have to work to be able to buy the things I want and genuinely don't feel like or believe I'm entitled to anything. Why can't I be rewarded with a free home and TV for being excellent?

Her paper round must have been longer than the A1.I'd love to see the state of the guy who took one for the team. Multiple times. Or multiple guys, the article is short on the details.
And yes, it is a full house of council bingo on there.

Actual council rather than perceived but I have no idea if there is a more suitable topic running. A new sign went up today to help people find one of the local schools.
The landowner (owner of the trees) will have been approached about trimming them. He will be given a few weeks to get it done, and then the council will trim it and bill him. The council are legally obliged to give him time to get it done under (IIRC) the Highways Act or the New Roads and Streetworks Act. I know because I've got many signs in the same condition. I cannot just trim the trees back (and therefore at a cost to the public purse) without giving the owner a chance to do it first (out of his own pocket).
If anything, the landowner is council for not maintaining his garden.
