Chipping norton is the only place I have seen a wine stall on a market.

I've just come back from a week in Germany and Czechia and the only time I saw a vaper (not vapour!) was one guy by a football bus at a motorway service station.
Europe - not council!

On Saturdays we have a small farmers’ market in the market square in Warwick. There’s a stall selling English wines from a local vineyard. Yet on the other hand, this morning the town was full of council types, dressed as extras from Peaky Blinders, heading to the racecourse. And we now appear to have a tattoo shop in the town.

Oh dear. Warwick = Council

Did you have the breakfast Yorkshire puddings and gravy?

Had to have breakfast in one of them once due to it being attached to a Premier Inn in Aberdeen. Worst. Breakfast. Ever.
Indeed I did have the Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

It's wasn't eggs Royale but it wasn't a bad breakfast for the money at all.
By attending this council frequented feeding troff establishment you become part of the council club. Toby carvery; in fact all chain pubs are council as fk imho.

Both council unfortunately.

Milk should be coming directly from your own artisan cow or nanny.
