Netweather forums are down. That's what we're facing...

Just popped out for a oil radiator, just incase heating can't cope/stop her moaning.

Looked online prior and as you would expect lots of places sold out for anything decent with a timer, so if anyone else needs one - look at Maplins and Homebase who seem to have stock. I got a black coloured one from the latter which makes a change from the normal white ones.
Thanks for the tip I've just bought 5, 128 loaves of bread and 90 litres of milk.

I'm using the other route.
Due to the snow or the 30ft high woman in sensible blouse ?

The one where you attach yourself to a 32-rotor drone and fly home?

You could have just got yourself 5 loaves and two fish and done a Dynamo Jesus to cover the rest of the week (and village!).

March record low temp is -22.6 celsius. Tonight's ECM charts are showing conditions that could approach that (snowfields, mountains, no wind...)
That's definitely a bit nippy.
Where is that low forecast for?

The Net weather forecast for the Lancashire/West/North Yorkshire border area is for cold + a little bit of snow but not much, then nearly a foot of snow on the 3rd of March.

The BBC are forecasting no snow for the 3rd in the area, somehow I doubt the near foot of snow will make an appearance, it will be cold next week but snow (lots of it) I'm not so sure.

It's theoretical. Just for fun based on the current charts.

I bought a snow shovel 5 years ago and it’s not seen proper use yet. So far it’s been used to put a pigeon out of its misery after the neighbours cat got it and redistribute gravel around my driveway. Maybe it will finally feel see the action it was designed for!

Guaranteed, even if the rest of the UK is 6ft deep in snow, Plymouth will still be flake free.

Tuesday's snow warning is for most of East Coast. Including Edinburgh Airport (uh oh...)

Upgrades overnight. At least a week of real cold is now looking likely.

This is shaping up to enter weather folklore along with 2010, 1991, 1987... I think if it had started earlier in the season we'd be thinking about adding it to 47 and 63.
