Worcestershire. Minus 5 on the sheltered outside thermometer this morning. No icing on cars. Dons lumberjack shirt and long thermal undercrackers.
Just been out on Hartlebury Common. Still relatively clear skies but not seen the ground so dry and frozen hard in a long time. If it snows it is going to lie, no meltage on wet ground.

Light snow in sw London too, started off with a flew flakes but now steadily falling, but lightly.

Snow shovel and grit coming out of the shed just in case.

Snowing here (North Norfolk coast), started about 10 minutes ago.
Last night's snow dumped 0.1mm or so, drifting to 0.11mm in places rolleyes . Very icy though and dark clouds coming in over the sea.

Port Solent calling. We are in the middle of a rip snorting, fur lined, ocean going, 24 carat bout of...

... wall to wall sunshine. 0 octas cloud. Like others have said, cold but no frost. The fountain in the pond has created ice on the mesh above it, but that is about it so far.

Any app showing high temps after the Thurs/Fri event (which ever form that takes) is following the GFS model which is highly likely to be wrong.
