One for those over a certain age

I so hated this, that I spent my entire life trying to be the opposite. Half a crown spent elsewhere.

I bought a Honda 550k3 from Pride & Shark in 1978 - YHM292T - for £1,044.http://www.prideandclarkelondon.com/p-c-gallery/

I also remember Elite Motors in Tooting, and Streamline Motorcycles in, I think, Forest Hill.
Those were the days!

To be fair, it was a Ford Anglia. You'd have struggled to make it any worse.
Easy, easy! My third car was an Anglia - 1250cc Super, no less. I fitted seat belts and wing mirrors to it.driverrob said:

Mind you had to be done outside, but the impressive general build up of pressure before the plug of dust, dog hairs, bits of general whatever was launched across the garden with accompanying plume of dust was a hoot. But not a hoot if done inside.
Plus you could make a hovercraft model.
Mind you the dog hated it.
