Just watched a 44 teeth YouTube video which made use of the phrase, “wker klaxon”.
My new favourite saying, taking over from cockwomble. I think I will use it in association with people who buy BMWs.

E.g. “That gawping nosed BMW is a real wker klaxon”

Took me ages as well. Bloke's head is top left, out of shot. The right side bum cheek is his left shoulder, the left side bum cheek is his left side chest.
