You'd better ask Father Christmas for a new PC monitor.

Haha, to be fair on my iPad they do seem to have a sort of purple/plum colour going on, but I’m sure it’s just the poor lighting.

I’m assuming they are an Ox Blood style of colour?

On that note I have a similar pair of Oliver Sweeny brogues in an Ox blood style colour, but I have managed to scuff the toe, which has left a light coloured scratch, so it’s into the leather properly.

I had hope to wear them today to the funeral of my poor old Uncle Vernon.

Any ideas for a quick repair shoe cleaning people?

TIA.

rofl Indeed they are ox-blood with a slightly darker toecap. Very pleased with the colours as when I went for the fitting prior to the soles being stitched, on the colour was very red/pink.

You know, if I have some bespoke shoes made (and I might) they could be ox-blood. It's a colour that most makers don't do in a style I like.

Should be comfortable for work and still bit a bit smart.

Boots are £115 and shoes £100 and if you have a Jeffery West red tag as a regular customer that’s reduced to £100 and £80

Tell me more about the red tag??

The camera couldn't deal with the lighting and horrific colour clash. I'd say the sole is more of a "Dogs dick red" in reality. laugh

Thoughts on my new Red Wings? The other half thinks they're chavvy. (In before widespread criticism for asking my other half for a view!).

Boots will be OK once they've been worn a bit, but you need new jeans. Badly.
