Any views on Charles Thyrwhitt shoes please? In particular these which I'm tempted to use my 20% discount code on:

Decent enough. They do two ranges, a cheaper made in India (iirc) rangw and the more expensive made in the UK range as you've linked to.https://www.ctshirts.com/uk/tan-made-in-england-de...

Personally I preferred the mono colour models, but I am sure those will serve you well. They also have a finite repair service I believe.
Having spent the last few years in my RAF issued Altbergs, I'm due to start a job that will see me wear No. 2 'blues' with dreaded issue Oxford shoes.
They are as comfortable as you would expect from looking at them.
I've decided to purchase my own pair of quality shoes but coming from what feels like a lifetime of 'free' shoes, I'm not looking to spend more than £100.
There are Sam Windsor's knocking about the £50 mark but I'm not convinced they will be up to much; are there any real alternatives with setting up camp in TK MAXX?

Just had a couple of pairs of Cheaneys and a pair of Loake returned after their approximately biannual repair service. £115 for the Cheaneys and £80 for the Loake. The Cheaneys, a pair of deerskin boots and a set of Deal 2 Derby’s, feel as comfortable as ever but have the impressive look of a non battle scarred, straight out the box pair. I put a rubber sole on the Deal 2s hoping i get more wear traipsing around town in winter.
The Loake, a seasoned pair of Chesters on their third repair looked suspiciously new when the guy in the shop opened the box....this was confirmed when he read the bumf and said my shoes had been damaged during repair and Loake were providing me a new pair for free. Mixed emotions as it has taken me a long time to break those mofos in but hey ho a new pair of shoes not to sniffed at

Do they do them in brown? They are as comfortable as you would expect from looking at them.

I can vouch for Samuel Windsor.
I’m a Loake man but find the Windsor’s excellent value plus they go up to size 14 which suits me.
There prestige range compared favourably with £100 plus shoes I’d say.

ITV4 earlier today, Made In Britain from the Barker factory. Only 10 mins or so but worth a watch if it's on catch up.
I too am planning a trip to Northampton before Christmas for a factory shop run (Barker, NPS, Loake & Trickers all being well) - what sort of discounts can we typically expect generally speaking please? Happy to take seconds if I can get something I like (size 10-10.5 so middle so not out of the ordinary size wise).
thanks

Note, Barker is not in Northampton town centre so you will need a car.
Cheaney also worth a visit.
Thanks, yes traveling 100 miles or so to get there.Cheaney also worth a visit.
Wasn't there a guide on here at some point? I've had a good look and googled it too but I can't see anything.
