Help from the forum please.

I'm looking for some Chelsea boots.

Here is the spec.

Black
Size 13
Slip on (elastic gusset)
Quite pointed but with a small square tip
Slim looking but for quite a wide foot!

I usually go with Loake but there's appear a bit too staid for me.

These would be spot on if they fitted but they don't go to 13

https://www.jeffery-west.co.uk/jefferywest/product...

Budget is £200 any suggestions appreciated.

Try a pair of 12s JW tend to come up bigger than you expect. I am an 8-8.5 in JW and at least a 9 elsewhere

It's got to be worth a try.
If you are going to 'get crazy' you may as well do it in proper crazy style.
JWs fit that bill perfectly.

Thanks guys.

I’ll try a 12 from JW.

They also do made to measure but north of £700 is beyond me at present.

Heads up - you get 30% off many Crockett & Jones shoes at Harrods. Discount shows after you add the shoes to the bag.

How dare you? My Mum's pastry is much tidier than that.

These will get a lot of use over summer and are extremely comfortable. Bring on the piss-taking.

Nothing says "I spike womens drinks in bars" like a pair of Penny Loafers

She would have one if I got hold of her. Inductionroar’s mum looks HOT.

Anyone know where I can find a pair of Adidas Dragon Blues at a sensible price?

Cheapest I found was a pair on Amazon was £81.00 & they didn’t look right.

Don't fret Brummie. This thread needs some mundane reality from time to time. We used to have arsenalmorris to do that for us and keep us connected to 'outside', but he sadly seems to have gone to the cobblers in the sky.

Some say he was crushed by a collapsing wall of adidas boxes ...

Has anyone ordered online with Mr Undandy

I like the idea of designing your own shoes.

Price isn’t too bad- but with nowhere to try them or know anyone who has ordered - I thought I should ask on a Car enthusiasts form to see if anyone has dealt with them before.

TIA
I have considered it but two things put me off for a so called quality shoes at a reasonable price outfit -

1) they are not able to supply shoe trees to fit their shoes
2) they do not offer a refurbishment service for their shoes

and then the killer as far as I am concerned -

Their shoes are Blake stitched

All fur coat and no knickers it would appear. I had to Google 'Blake stitching' by the way - thanks, every day is a school day!

My partner shared an FT article on them; I recall the article focused on the likely inability of the company to supply the demand within their currently stated timeframe for shoe delivery.

I didn't look into the shoes in great detail but they were cheaper than my off-the-shelf offerings from Barker which seemed odd.
