Petty complaint about a pizza delivery

Thanks for all of the advice. I have only skimmed over it, but I understand that the recommended course of action is small claims court? I have started proceedings. If there are any decent lawyers reading this who fancy a pro-bono job, my email is open.
Seriously though... I'm still annoyed about PayPal's decision.
I've been buying high value items (even more than a full-price Domino's pizza) using PayPal for years because I felt protected by their reputation of always siding with the buyer. I've never abused it or taken advantage in any way but still felt safe... Now I think I'd be better off using a credit card in future.
Don't forget you can probably get legal aid. Seriously though... I'm still annoyed about PayPal's decision.

To be fair, he didn't.
To be fair, he fully intended to.When cold, with a soggy crust and the wrong toppings.... Not so good.

I couldn't eat any of the toppings, some because they were disgusting and others I'm allergic to. I ended up not eating.
I called the branch the next day
I'm still unclear as to why you didn't just phone the branch on opening the pizza and say 'wrong pizza delivered, get the right one in the oven, as soon as the driver arrives back tell him he's on his way back here'. I called the branch the next day
Let me guess: you ordered by the app, paid by PayPal, don't want any human interaction with them? Shoulda just called them!
FWIW I have had grief with Dominos drivers rat-running in our private road (being resurfaced as I speak at a cost of £40k to residents) and have had to take this up with Dominos HQ several times because of a lack of response from the store. Their social media people are very fast to respond and make all the right noises to placate you but each shop is a franchise, my local one run seemingly run by trepassing dheads.
