Amazon Prime useless again

Same here 10 years with Amazon I ordered my Coffee pods on Sunday at about 6pm delivered Monday lunchtime and its like that with many prime products. In the last 12 months or so I have had just 1 or 2 failed deliveries. Now if you want to compare that with Ebay then its a completely different story.
Well would you believe it? Days after saying they have got much better, I've had to spend just over an hour on chat yesterday & today trying to find out where the parcel they 'handed to me' when I wasn't even home has actually gone.
Finally gave up & accepted a refund, for over £500, somebodys gonna be in a lot of s

They didn't offer me a Prime extension OR a £5 credit despite me pointing out how much of my time it had taken up.
