Surprised she lasted so long, she was mad as a box of frogs, so sad how her life turned out.

Jesus, that sounds terrible frown! Car caught fire with him in it by the sounds of it... Wonder what he was driving?

Beth Chatto.

Might not mean a lot to most people, but her gardens (just the Clacton side of Colchester) are wonderful. We became 'members' only a couple of weeks ago, and will be visiting often this year.

94 years old and still living in a house on site, taking an active interest in everything and everybody. Only saw her there about 10 days ago, being wheeled around, chatting to the staff and saying hello to the visitors.

If you've got half an interest in gardens, make sure you pay a visit.

Think the mail has gone a bit, do we really gain anything from seeing a picture of a burning car.

Genuinely sad to hear that he'd died frown

I'm going to dig out my copy of 'The Kandy-Kolored Tangerine-Flake Streamline Baby' this weekend.

Suprised it was cancer and not an invasive sexual disease perhaps but he lived a full life
