I bet you had a warm glow when you posted that hehe

We stopped employing consultants at my last company when they all said they could save us between 10 and 15% on whatever they were looking at, enough to try and keep us interested but not too much to have to justify what went wrong when we couldn't achieve it, long after they had disappeared off site with their fat pay cheques.
Different type of consultant ... I have been subjected to the kind you mention though

Apparently significantly more than the national average but still seemingly unable to pay for all the stuff I want and need. I blame you, government. I know you are reading this.
I feel sorry for the poor buggers earning the average, or less.

4 ply is acceptable, but only if it is infused with aloe vera... and skillfully and dexterously applied to the task by one of one's Handmaidens of the Stool. smile

Now, about 25% per month of what I usually earned per month when driving a Black Cab, which nagged at me slightly when I first hung up my badge, but after about three weeks it dawned on me that, although I could no longer slip into a bus lane, and go past all the civilians on the extremely rare occasions that I got behind the wheel of my wife's car, I also no longer had to contend with the mug amateurs who dither around, impeding a professional driver's working day.

Next month I will get absolutely no money into my bank account.

That’s the only thing I know for sure.

Such a vulgar question but since you posed it, how much do you earn?

Enough for all my needs, most of my wants and to be able to save to provide some security for the future.

Compared to 90% of the world's population, I'm extremely fortunate.

Quite a lot on paper, always seem to be bloody skint though but that's the joy of having kids I suppose! Having been effectively homeless with a baby, whilst washing cars on £30 a day once upon a time we are pretty comfortable really these days.

Anyway OP,how much do you earn?
