Between the years 2012 and 2013 over 15.413 million passengers passed through Reading train station. This number has increased year on year since.

I think you are right.

Assume 2 sqft per person. 2ft x 1ft space.

380 million m2 = 4,090,282,000 sq ft

= 2,045,141,000 people.

That’s just how dates/calendars work. We are in 2018 now, next year it will be 2019, the year after, 2020. You just keep adding a 1.
