As far as tanks go, just have a look on ebay for a suitable used/spare one to come up with a 5ml tank already on it.

I have not used an RDA so i can't comment but i am sure someone else will be along. I think it depends on how you will be using it. If you are going to using it while driving you probably don't want an RDA.
And RDA is a bit of a pain the the arse unless you have a squonk box. I used to use and rta until I bought a squonk and I would never go back now. So much simpler to use.

Squonkings great, loads of decent kit available now.

I am enjoying this freemax though, haven’t put it down all week but it gulps the juice down!!! 30mls a day easy!

Sure this has probably been asked and answered a thousand times, apologies for not trawling through the thread!

Also sure I will get a host of different answers.

Need to move away from the cancer sticks to a vape asap, new born in the house.

Something I can mail order from within the UK, will get someone to bring it out over here.

Something that is as plug and play as possible, I have a mate who's constantly posting about upgrading this that and the other, I just want something that works out of the box, will last the working day (if that's feasbile), spares, juice are ready available for and is reliable. Hopefully an easy ask?

Budget wise, anything up to 100 notes is fine, less is obviously preferable.

I started vaping with Kanger Tech so I would say this wouldn't be a bad starting point for you.

Thanks.

How long would I expect the coils to last on this?

Where do people get their juice from?

I have been using Lancashire Steam company for years mainly vaping Gunpowder and Apple Bobbin. I know there are cheaper juices out there and more expensive, this is just a company I trust that I have been using.

If you wanted to save a bit of cash and new to mixing your own juice I would look at bottle shots from Dark Star Vapour.

Rather a specific question this, but has anyone tried any juices that taste like Lilt? I've only just started vaping and tbh the choices out there are mind boggling. Any recommendations at all folks?

I have to disagree with this. A few years ago I ordered a big selection from these based on a recommendation from here. Most were completely unvapeable and the others were unpleasant at best.

Christ hehe

I think this stuff will be clamped down on sooner than later. All the flavours smack of a kids ice cream parlour. What's wrong with tobacco or menthol?

What stuff specifically. What is wrong with having lots of flavours, if they can't be sold to kids.

The flavours. It's inevitable that sooner or later they will be seen to 'appeal to kids', and that won't be allowed.

I'm not saying I agree btw, but we've seen the nannying on fags (advertising ban, plain packs, banning of flavours etc), and drink (in Scotland at least- happy hour ban, minimum pricing). Vaping WILL be next.

They will look to raise tax. They will look to control supply. They will look to reduce choice. It's what government does.

A study that says it's harmful and a Facebook campaign and we're away. And if you're on cherry apple blossom with summer fruits flavour you're going to be a bit stuck when you're handed some Department of Health approved menthol stuff.

There have already been "studies" that say it's harmful. Then you look into it and it was conducted by a pharmaceutical company with connections to big tobacco. Then you look into the results and they were achieved in a way that no person would be able to replicate in the real world and you realise its bogus.

As for controlling the supply they have already shot themselves in the foot with CPD. I buy my juice in 60ml bottles and add the nicotine myself. How will they tax a product that does not contain nicotine.

I've really struggled to replicate good tropical flavours. The best I've had is Cotswold vapour's tropical storm but it's definitely not Lilt

I think pineapple is the downfall in home made ones, any acidic flavours are really tricky to work with

What can I say, I really like Lilt! laugh I don't think I ever want to have something that replicates a proper cigarette, if I'm moving away then I might as well get something that tastes decent. I've got some generic fruity thing at the moment and it's not too bad, I just really fancy something that's my favourite non-alcoholic drink in the world.

Aye, and doctors used to promote smoking...

We're inhaling something into our lungs which isn't supposed to be there. I can't see how over time that isn't going to be proven to be harmful in some way.

It's not as if we've not seen this before, smoking, alcohol, drugs, legal highs... the restrictions will come, and I'd bet flavours will be one of the first.

BTW I'm not arguing for restrictions, I'd legalise all drugs ffs. I just see it as inevitable.

They say it's 95% better(Cancer Research UK) and what you exhale is 100% harmless. It's all relative. Shopping on Oxford Street is as bad as 20 fags a day due to the pollution. It's also a balance in life. A poor diet will kill you just as quick. As opposed to an excellent diet and exercise will offset other vices. Im a firm believer in that. I feel so much better since quitting fags. Fitter, better circulation. I'm a big advocate.

Must admit I can see the more child-friendly flavours being stopped before too long as well, or massive taxes added to them.

I doubt they will tax it. The evidence is clear. If anything they should relax controls
