E-Cigs (Vol 2)
Discussion
Doesn't surprise me, it should be blindingly obvious to anyone that vaping is going to have more regulation and restrictions in future. It's a stupid habit, an even stupider hobby and as the last smokers die or switch the sights are going to be turned towards vaping.
I've just started on 0% juice today, so a couple of days of that and I'll be able to say I've chucked fags and chucked nicotine. Then it's just about throwing away the vape thing. (Which will likely be the hardest part but it shouldn't really). I quit smoking on August 6th last year so that's now my target to get off the stupid thing altogether.

I quit ciggies in about December and started vaping. Before long i discovered shortfills and only added one bottle of nic so i have never really vaped anything stronger than 3MG apart from the odd small bottle of 6mg.I should really stop adding the stuff at all! I do love vaping though, and it has been good for my diet too as i vape sweet stuff which has replaced chocolate too. I have lost weight since quitting tobacco.

I just read that San Francisco are about to ban e-cigs. Weed is ok, cigarettes no problem. What a bunch of idiots
It won't stop people using them.
This wouldn’t have anything to do with the huge amounts of revenue the state is losing from people not smoking. It won't stop people using them.
Regarding nicotine in vapes, the general medical position is that nicotine itself poses few health risks. They want people to smoke again otherwise why go after vaping and not cigarettes.

I haven't had a new mod since May 2017 so temped to got get one for a change. What are your thoughts on the Voopoo Drag 2 as I know a few of you have one. GBP 34.86 from Fasttech

I have the Drag 2 and it’s very good. The N3 coils for me are the best and last longest. Only thing I don’t like is how annoying getting into some settings are. Such as trying to change the ohms. Though that could just be me. https://www.fasttech.com/products/3032/10034168/96...

I've got one. It's big and heavy.
Its okay, no different from the other half a dozen battery mods that I have managed to break over the last few years. The paint however chips really easily and mine is a few weeks old and already looks battered. It does however seem to eek out the battery life a bit better than others,
Not too bothered by the weight as it will sit on my desk at home and will never leave the house. Its okay, no different from the other half a dozen battery mods that I have managed to break over the last few years. Can anyone recommend a 'starter' all in one vaping kit?
I was given smok vape pen 22 as an amateur. I can't compare it to any other kits as its my first, but it's a good kit.
The only downside is that every so often it had a little leak through the air holes which was annoying. I dropped and broke the glass screen, so instead of buying another, thought I'd try another aio kit...
Thanks

I'm happily using an Evod Mega. Works perfectly for me, no problems.
I've a question, though - liquid usage. I use about 10 to 15ml a week. I'm told this isn't much, is that reasonable?
My girlfriend and I get through at least 10 ml a day (Only me at work and shared when we're both at home) I've a question, though - liquid usage. I use about 10 to 15ml a week. I'm told this isn't much, is that reasonable?

Now that is cheap vaping!!!!
On my mtl set ups I’m using up to 10ml a day if I cane it, sub ohm tanks like the Freemax Mesh Pro I can get through 30ml. Gets expensive on this tank so premium juice is out the window and I just mix my own or stock up when there’s any decent sales on

10ml usually lasts me about 4 days, so i'm about the same. I'm two weeks away from a year of not smoking, and I'm down to 0% nicotine so I just need to break the last habit of having the thing in my hand all the time.I've a question, though - liquid usage. Like smoking I'd say the less you do the better. Both are stupid and expensive habits.
New toy! SXK Billet Box with the DNA60 chip. Fancied one for a while but the authentics are mega bucks!! Handy little thing this can take stock Aspire/Kanger coils with the bridge adapter or various RBA sections. Got 4 different ones coming from China and a pack of 4 condensation plugs. Can see this replacing most of my vape kit if it’s good.
I don't know whether it's appropriate for here, but I moved to Juul a couple of months ago and can't believe I didn't do it sooner.
I fly a lot, and of all the vapes I've owned in the past every single one has leaked to some extent. The Juul is 100% leak-free after 12 flights.
As a bonus with the above, because I get the same hit from a much smaller 'cloud', it's far easier to sneak a vape on flights.
The fact that I can just grab pods from Sainsbury's is a massive bonus, meaning that I don't need to hunt out some unknown vape shop if I run out.
Related to the above, I feel oddly more comfortable using pods/liquid supported by PMI. I shudder when I think about the sources of some of the crap I've bought in the past.
I also feel like much less of a wally using a discrete little stick, rather than a massive box which creates huge clouds.
Finally, I get more than a day out of the charge, and plug it in overnight. No more battery anxiety.
I can't recommend it enough.

They are very handy, I’ve had a couple small pod ones in the past, great to just stick in your pocket and work well with nic salts.I fly a lot, and of all the vapes I've owned in the past every single one has leaked to some extent. The Juul is 100% leak-free after 12 flights.

The billet box is a AIO system as well, they’ve been out years. Great thing about these are you can play around with them to get a nice tight MTL or full on clouds with the right coil fitted. Not cheap though, even this clone’s wiped my vape budget out for a few months with all the extras. It’s excellent though! Was a little disappointed with the Aspire heads fitted but maybe down to too much airflow, working nice with the Kanger RBA though
