Well 2 months later(!) my crown 3 tank arrived from fastech. Ironically named I think... Anyway, the delay was so ridiculous that I ordered a crown 3 mini with bubble glass to tide me over. Both of these feature push in coils, both of which leak, a problem that I never had with my crown 1. What's the latest recommendations for a hassle free flavoursome tank with a decent capacity? I used to vape at around 30w but now seem to have to vape at circa 50w with the Crown 3 - both were. 25ohm coils. Smok seem like junk, an aspire cleito exo has a tiny capacity. Any foolproof options?
My most recent tank is Freemax Mesh Pro. It's been solid so far, no leaks even when the vape is in my pocket all day.
I vape at around 80W and the coils don't really last that long though.
Been using the Freemax Mesh Pro tank on my Voopoo Drag 2 for almost a year and been very happy with the tank, and Mod.

I'm looking at buying a second Mod just in case I get any issues as a back up to my Drag2. Any recommendations. I would like it to have the 510 base and use 18650 batteries so I can swap and match

Any recommendations

Only issue I have had is the bottom magnet on the door has come unglued. the top magnet is big enough to hold the door shut on its own

RemaL single or double battery? If you want a bit more power and smaller size I would recommend the Geek Vape Aegis Max, it will take the 18650 but will also take the 20700 and 21700 batteries which give it more power and longer battery life and will vape upto 100W happily.

Pills,
Can a device which uses 18650s, use the 21700? The form factor looks the same.TIA

Just bought a Smok Nico, came with normal and sub ohm coils/pods (you can also buy ceramic ones which are supposed to be better) plus I bought the extra three coils, but it doesn’t say what type.
It’s a DL and MTL device and I’ll try the MTL as that’s what I want being a smoker.

£20 on AliExpress.

I’m not into that smoke billowing thing. I’ll leave that for hipsters.

Any recommendations for sub-ohm tanks?
Currently using Smok V12 Prince which is great but it's started leaking. Leak seems to come from the bottom so I suspect dodgy coils.

Also struggling to get genuine coils, keep getting bad batches that either don't fit well or have issues with dry hits pretty quickly.

Smok are so terrible that you will be pretty much be guaranteed leaks no matter what coils you use. Great advertising, terrible products.

This has been great but uses up a ton of liquid when yiur around 80w, could easily get through 20-25mls a day so can get expensive!

Coils (I found the triple coils the best of the bunch)

I’ve mainly vaping pods the last year though for an easy life, Freemax Autopod 50 still gets used daily. Feels a little cheap but Vapes great, excellent flavor.

Thanks all. Always thought Smok is good brand for vaping.

Turns out the liquid leaked through the 510 thread into my mod’s battery compartment. It also leaked into the USB charging port and effectively shorted it.

Looking for recommendations for new mod preferably with decent leak proof tank please.

My mod is Geek Vape Aegis and tank currently Smok V12 Prince with bubble mod.

I usually vape at 70-80W and like good airflow and big vapours.

Edit: I’ve tried the pod stuff but just not enough air flow for me.

I have the Voopoo drag 2 and 3 mods, both are twin 18650 mods and would really recommend them. However they are a bit on the chunky and heavy side for carrying around.

Being impressed with Voopoo mods I looked at single 18650 battery mods for out and about use and found the X. I always check out the reviews on Youtube and found that Matt from Suck My Mod reviewed it a year ago.
I really like the look of the mod and the pod system

Yeah they’re pretty good, I bought the Drag S no complains with the mod. The RBA tank is next to useless though so just use h the PnP tanks, 5/6 pulls and it’s refill time. PnP coils are decent though, 0.3 gives great flavour and I use the 0.8 mesh coils out and about.
