SW London.

It was the constant rumbling with no let up for what seemed like an hour.

Just a roar that kept coming. Along with constant flashes and biblical rain.

Sure I've never seen or heard anything like it in my 55 years.

Flew into Luton last night, which was interesting. Lightening every few seconds but a smooth landing!
This evening was good, a perfectly clear night sky one way, the other was dark clouds & lightening almost constantly, never seen that before.
I like a bit of weather smile

Mea Culpa. I actually thought lightningmaps was just displaying the blitz data.

Near Dover didn't hear a thing very dry every morning .
Not unusual as according to the experts the weather fronts hit the white cliffs roll upwards and make landfall again 20+ miles away .
