I've been doing a pen and ink (sort of, it's actually in Photoshop) drawing of the parish church. It's nearly finished and I invited my wife to comment on it. She thought it was ok, and had I thought of drawing in some clouds? So I thought about it, and said "I could do, but the problem is I really don't know clouds at all".
Have you looked at it from both sides?
Indeed, from up and down as well.

Sorry ,I'm going to mention football.....tumbleweed

I usually complain to myself that Colchester games are shown way down the list on the highlights show.

Tonight they had slightly extended highlights from our game ,they are the top scorers in L2 and didn't disappoint.

I'm optimistic for promotion this season.....Yay !

Mrs Bobbers and I have been discussing replacement cars in about 18 months time, original plan was an estate 4x4 around £12k and keep the Focus, but after talking about it, it looks like both cars replaced, an estate 4x4 circa £3-£4k and a replacement Focus circa £8k.

The first question I can answer, the second not so much so!!!!
I've wanted a 4x4 estate for a while now, specifically a v6 petrol or diesel 4x4 estate, I know it's rare for it to snow but when it does getting to work is a big problem for me!!!!

A modern diesel with DPF crap fitted isn't compatible with the 7 mile commute you mentioned recently.

Winter tyres a whole lot cheaper than buying a replacement car.

Yeah there in lies part of the problem, however there are ways and means of dealing with the issues, I really fancy a v6 4x4 estate, that's the bottom line, DPF can be gutted or just buy a petrol v6!!!

I'm already pushing my luck with a V6, there's no way Mrs Bobbers would agree to a V8!!! smile

Wot 'e sed! thumbup

Or an MX-5 biggrin

Alternatively, the TVR S Series is good in snow:

I feel a bit ashamed to show a photo of Austin with his roof on, but this particular February meeting at the Stanley Arms, Macclesfield Forest was followed by a drive home over the Cat & Fiddle Pass. I wish I could have videoed it! There was lots of sideways action as I had to avoid a stranded Range Rover and a big Merc 4x4 thing and a jack-knifed lorry. driving

A visit to the local music emporium earlier yielded a new cable and little guitar tuner.

The cable twixt guitar and amp was 15 years old, and failing so needed a new one. The new one performs fine:-
