Having a cup of tea mid-researches at the National Records Office in Kew I got talking to an Aussie who was over to look at First War records. He asked me to guess how many Australian servicemen who died in the First War are buried in Australia. The answer is two; the most senior officer and the Unknown Soldier.Tough for family. It's tough enough going to visit the War Graves without having to travel halfway round the world first.
