Ok fatboy couldn't sleep at ten past one, but what were you doing up at not quite 4 o'clock in the morning Pushfit??? Getting up at silly o'clock is my "thing", find your own "thing"!!! hehe

A variation of the song-in-my-head syndrome beset me yesterday. Mrs C likes herbal tea. One she is trying at present is Yerba Mate. Making her a cup yesterday I made the mistake of saying "Yerba herba" in my head and had the Muppets for company all day led by the Swedish Chef.
