You can open the outer box, within this are individually wrapped items that you need to resist until Christmas day but you can open the card if you like.... it's just a Christmas card.

Santa then allows you to be totally in awe and amazed by the glitzy stuff contained within the aforementioned box. If the amazement did not leave you completely flabbergastered and on the floor, you may also open the envelope and marvel at the wonders inside, I heard you people in Dutchland like growing "stuff".

matbat, Santa spent today trying to get something suitable for plan B after yodel have lost one of the two parcels (ordered on the 12th with 48hr shipping), however has failed. Therefore Santa has been very very naughty and wonders if its OK for it to arrive after Christmas. I assure you it's worth waiting for.

It's not normal santa behaviour, first time in 4 years of participation and I am very sorry.

BenLowden, I had to go out of the country with work for a while so left an addressed envelope, SS gifts and wrapping paper in the hands of a third party to complete. Just discovered the untouched wrapping paper. On questioning, my instructions apparently weren't clear enough so you probably got unwrapped gifts inside a big, padded envelope, albeit with a PHSS logo sellotaped to the outside.

FN2TypeR, your PHSS package appears to have been delivered this morning. Being a forgetful Santa, I may have failed to indicate it from PH on the outer box. However, opening it (which is safe to do) should reveal all.



Rutter, your parcel should arrive tomorrow (today, email was sent to me last night - geeks). Sorry about the radio silence, but there was a backlog of orders for the Chilli Fist Turbo Edition. You can open the external package if you wish, everything inside is wrapped there is a card inside, it's best to start with that on Christmas day followed by the gifts. Have a Roasting Christmas.

Condolences to _Mike_ I thought 3-4 weeks was safe as houses. Feel really bad, I’d have express couriered it if I’d known, in fact the only reason I didn’t was for secrecy so I didn’t have to put my name on it. I’ve been frantically checking the thread for a positive delivery update but I guess that’s it. Sorry, man.

Also... guys we have a situation, one that I am not certain has happened in years past. We have a recipient who has received nothing and a PHSS I cannot seem to get a response from but who has been active in the forums. So, what do we do?
