Not sure I want to name the victim as they might become all nice about it with a "its not a big deal" kind of attitude, which isn't fair. So to that end....

Good news one and all, our missing sender has been located and a crack team are swiftly delivering justice with hammered frozen Red Bulls.........
Just kidding, they have emailed me and feeling a bit embarrassed, a mix up with email addresses caused the issue but it has now been resolved and they are on the case.
