to sign up for owner clubs forums where victim may have posted
to use multiple search engines when looking for evidence.
to google streetview the victims house.
to rightmove for previous sales of the victims house and look at pictures.
to drive to your victims house and take a look around posing as the local recycling gypsy.
to start an affair with the victims significant other, gaining intimate knowledge of their life.

When we did this in the early days, I specifically asked for it to be left rogue. With sticky threads, they tend to merge into the scenery. Suggest asking for it to be 'unstickied' and left to float up and down The Lounge.
