A few years ago I bought a car at aunction, for my daughter, but it ( the car) turned out to be a dog. A new shape Beetle it was. Water pump failed which led to a blown head gasket And the electrics were a nightmare as well.
Nowhere near as good as TVR wiring.
Nothing the vet could do to save it, so it had to be put down.
Much sad.
If any of you have pets, make sure they don't have bloody plastic impellers in their water pumps.

I have a mate with a derelict MK1 that he is determined to restore ,crazy fool.

He also owns/owned a MK1 that featured in badly modified thread ,an utterly ridiculous custom job it is.

The MK3 is my least favourite.

No we haven't
I've been in the country.

Been for a very long walk around a local country park, o'er hill & dale, past lakes and a river, through woods and copses and up some pretty strenuous slopes.
It may have been a walk in the park, but it was not exactly a walk in the park if you see what I mean. :gasp::wheeze:
Coupled with yesterday's effort, I'm now absolutely knackered!

Much more of this and I'll be starting to get fit if I'm not careful.

It's been a funny old night, Mrs Bobbers bought some clothes from Asda on Sunday, she didn't try them on and guess what, yep took them back tonight, finally got home about 6.45 ate about 7.30 and now sat in front of the telly!!!
