Not sure if im a fan of them or not, i like the design/execution but;
I have flat feet so can feel the arch support
Theres no real way to lock your feet down in them and so your heel rises up as you walk, the cover across is held down by velcro and the side has a popper. The elastic tie is mainly for looks it seems.

I guess if you wore thick socks then it could lock your foot in more or maybe your not meant to be locked in and its meant to be like a deck/driving shoe and im just not stylish enough to have worn many shoes like that

Not sure if ill keep them/send them back/offer to anyone on here for RRP plus Postage - UK Size 11

Trainer socks as in the ones you pull up high past the achilles tendon?

Edit - looking at pics on the net, looks like the elastic is meant to be used and not decorative so might just need to give it more of a pull

Maybe not called trainer socks then i meant the low rise style that only just go up your ankle. Ie would be invisible with these shoes on but hopefully stop the stench of my sweaty feet!
