Why didn’t the Supreme tailwinds end up reselling at hundreds more? Were they widely available? Everything else I’ve seen with a supreme colon seems ridiculously prices so I was expecting these to be the same. I was quite partial to a pair of tailwinds back in the day, but think I’m a bit old for them now

True. However if you have a pair that you won't wear and don't know any mates that want them to wear for retail - what do you do? Sell them for retail so some unknown can buy them then make a profit?

But I was talking about the guy thinking of paying resale for a pair of TS AF1. I mean, there are pairs I've really, REALLY wanted (Origin Story, RotY, Michigans, etc etc) but because I couldn't get them for retail, I just filed them in the 'oh well' category. I'd honestly rather go without than help perpetuate the horsesh*t of reselling.

But then you might not like them in hand or some don't fit well...............

I wouldn't have a problem with someone who resells a pair because of this - it's those that constantly do it for profit that annoy me.

Anyway, I think my purchasing for 2019 is now over as I don't think there any other pairs releasing this year that I really care about, except perhaps Bred 11s but I'm not that fussed about them.
