It's not really bots, it's just *everyone* buying them to resell them. Sneakerheads are just the weirdest people in the world. The majority of the community wants to buy shoes to sell to their friends for two to ten times as much. Those buyers are seemingly grateful to the sellers for this.
On the Sneakers Discord, there was one guy who won 3 pairs of the J5s and he thought this was entirely fair and refused to pass on any of the wins for retail. In fact, he bought all three pairs to resell. Why did he want to resell them? To get money to buy more shoes... to resell. Meanwhile, the people who actually wanted a pair because, you know, they actually liked them, either don't buy them because they won't pay resellers, can't buy them because they're far too expensive or, more worryingly, DO buy them at ludicrously inflated prices, which then encourages people more people to become resellers.
The whole thing is toxic. It's not a sneaker community, it's a money community.

I just got an email from nike saying- here’s a 25% discount because it’s your birthday month. it says it can be used on full price items online/ on the app but some exclusions apply.
I’m not going to use this discount so if anyone wants to use it, let me know. It says the discount will be added at checkout and it’s only available on my account, but if anyone wants to use it, i’m sure we can work out how to use it

Does anyone want a pair of Reebok Workout Plus x Artists For Humanity? They're a size 10.5
I only wore them a couple of times, they're comfy as but just a bit too big for me. They're pretty much as new bar the very upper white part round the side/heel is very slightly off white where my jeans got grubby and rubbed off onto them. They've got the purple/white 3M laces and are boxed. I'd only want £15 plus postage for them.

Havent had a dispatch note yet for the J5s. Just the order received email with the order no, est delivery date of 18th.
