I very rarely wear thin shoes/trainers with no support like the Vans. I even put better insoles in my Jordan’s as they are just as bad.
I probably should have gone for some of the comfycush Vans out of any, but I don’t particularly like the look of them.

I have a st load of high top cons too. Bit of a high top junkie is me, so not cheap
