A few years back I lived in a sthole area of Cardiff and the local Tesco had to put a sign up saying you weren't allowed in if you were wearing pajamas as that had become the look all the local full time mums had gone for.

Yeah, you're right.

Doing massive slides on your knees in a dressing gown, and on those floors, would go on, like, forever!

They should ban the sale of all of them. The litter problem would be halved overnight.
The lottery and scratchcards is set up just to milk the desperate few that are left playing.

It's always the poorest I see buying up multiple cards each time.

Ah, my local 'spoons. It is a massive place (busted - I have been in a couple of times). Every Friday and Saturday night there seems to be a Police van outside later in the evening.
Better hope Chevychase77 doesn't find this post or he'll post you to death.

Piffle > Typical "travelling" family
100% 3.14 locksmiths!!
Yep, pikies. A well known family, too.

In the article, miss plastic face says this

traveller vermin said:
We were detained anyway and treated in a way no human deserves to be treated,' said Mrs Connors.

'We have been treated like criminals here, stripped of our rights and lied to.
Really? The Connors family clan do know about subhuman treatment.

Connors family jailed for 27 years for slavery offences

Or this lot from Gloucstershire. Note in the MSN article, the reference to "mother Mary".... the same one who had to cough up some £150,000 for this...
More of the Connors jailed for more slavery offences

You know you're in a council area #347

When the local store stops selling entirely unseasonal items to the local little darlings.

Guy fawkes dolls - what’s the thoughts on that?

Me and my mates would make a really good one - Got some mad clothes from the charity shops or wherever, fishing wire to pull when people came to make it move etc. We’d then cycle literally 15 miles to a posh market town and set up our little pitch

I remember making a decent amount (which was then split 4 ways) getting home and telling my parents, they couldn’t believe how much we’d made, dad even commented that I had more disposable than him that weekend.

Can’t recall the last time I saw one - this would have been early 90s

I hadnt seen one for years until this year ... There is a Mary Poppins effigy setup near us with a bucket for donations and theres a fair amount of coinage in it. Surprised the bucket has been nicked tbh!

Why are these scum so utterly convinced that they are always in the right and have done no wrong, completely blind to their own actions. I think you could spend weeks trying reason with them but they are incapable of accepting anything else. Its like lying and being aggressive is so entrenched in their personality it would take years of therapy to fix.

Papers seem to lap it up and despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary still run it as a sob story.

In a world where reader engagement is everything, I'm fairly confident that this is an intentional appeal to get the comments flowing

I think it's because the underclass lack the intelligence for a reasoned debate. They come out of their corner with (metaphorically) arms flailing and substitute their lack of intelligence with shouts of nonsense and aggression.

It's not an "underclass" thing, it is just less intelligent people who are unable to articulate themselves, the wifes brother is like that, he cannot articulate himself properly which ends up with him shouting, screaming and swearing when things aren't going his way.

I love the way that she moans that everyone was looking at her, well yes love, make a scene and they will and then she brings up the "panic attack" angle!!

It is the usual self entitled generation, they don't get their own way so kick off, the shop most likely has a "Challenge 25" policy, I would challenge her. We have "how dare you ID me", no doubt the word "respect" came up too.

Like the girl who kicked off with me when we were moving her car away on a set of dollies as she was parked right across a door which had 2 very clear "NO PARKING" signs on it, she said that I had an attitude; self entitled.
