Where exactly in the States do they clap when plane lands? I lived in the US for most of my 20’s and been on dozens of domestic flights and never once has anybody clapped when it landed. My American wife has also never experienced this. Asked a few of her family who live in the States and they have never seen it either. That’s up to them, but they can’t all live in the “projects.”
