You can write one law

My law:
Failure to drive in a gentlemanly/womanly/bi-ly/transpersonly etc manner. This would encompass all motoring offences and involve a moral compass. Sentencing to be carried out with a sub forum on PH where established members could hand down the punishment including unlimited financial penalties, lifetime driving bans and life imprisonment.

I'm a very easy going guy, completely liberal in mindset and believe that everyone should be able to do as they see fit as long as it makes them happy and does not harm anyone or anything else.
Having said that.................my law would be that people who litter should be punished by having at least one digit cut off without anesthetic. Those that drive out in to the countryside to dump stuff on a larger scale should lose a hand.
I am utterly confident that people who deliberately litter (lobbing stuff out of the car window, dumping old carpets in laybys etc) can not possibly have anything valuable to contribute to society. I defy you to find someone who litters who is an otherwise really decent person.
These people have an utter distain for the environment, nature, their community and – not that I am in the least bit nationalistic - their country. Either that or their IQ is so astonishingly low that once again they are unlikely to contribute anything other than a plethora of equally pointless and retarded offspring.
Under my new law these people would no longer be able to litter because they would no longer have the necessary digits to pick anything up to lob it out of the car window.
People who litter fundamentally are, and always will be, s. There, I said it. I commend this motion to the house.
Other than this, I’m as liberal as you get!

He was called into the MD's office and was presented with a single photo of what he'd tipped and was asked if he knew anything about it, he said he didn't.
He was then presented with another photo of the car used to fly tip; the car that he uses, he denied it and said that someone else must have used the car to tip.
He was then presented with a photo, clearly showing who was tipping; it was him.
For some reason the MD felt a bit sorry for him as his wife had died only a couple of months prior so he rang the Council (or whoever had issued the details to us), explained the circumstances and pleaded on his behalf so they decided not to prosecute but still issued him with a £400 fine.

Could we expand this to a wider "Appropriate Dress Act", so that things such as going to supermarkets in pyjamas, onesies etc is illegal, not wearing a top in any indoor public place is illegal etc?On a slightly more serious note, I'd use my one law to say that there should only be one single rate of tax on salaries over the personal allowance.
Someone earning a lot more is already paying a lot more in tax. Making them pay a much higher percentage of their income is just unfair.

I followed some oik out of the shop then other day. As he was walking along he unwrapped whatever he bought and dropped the wrapper on the floor. He was, wait for it, right next to the fking bin. I was about to say something to him but he looked like a scumbag, and not being a powerfully built stair dominator, I chickened out through fear of being stabbed and picked it up and put it in the bin myself.I fully endorse your law.
As for mine people who clap when planes landed shouldn't be allowed on them anymore.

In all the years I've travelled, I've only had one single flight where more than about 2 Americans did this, and that was landing back into Gatwick from Amsterdam in a Cityhopper type prop plane some 15 years ago in stormy weather.
The plane was moving in every bloody direction the whole way in, and you could hear the engines pitching up and down the whole way in. One of my colleagues drew blood from the poor stranger sat next to her when she grabbed his arm out of fear.
I don't think there was a single passenger who didn't applaud the pilot when we landed, and I've never heard anyone sound quite as relieved as said pilot when he welcomed us to Gatwick. He was still looking rather drained when we walked past him on the way off the flight...

Is it OK when the pilot actually earned it?

That's different. Exceptions can be applied. I'm talking about the mouth breathers on Ryanair flights applauding their Airbus soft touchdown in Tenerife. 1) Anti Social Neighbours to be Evicted if renting. Or made to sell the property if they own it
Alternatively
2) If you kill or seriously injure another person on the road (driver, cyclist, horse rider, pedestrian whatever) due to your actions. You go to jail for minimum 2 years. None of this "suspended sentence, meagre fine" st that never addresses bad driving. Put some weight on the fact you are operating a potentially lethal device and it needs to be respected.
TBF its more a case of just enforcing the current rules

This ,most definitely.Saw a woman in a car middle of the afternoon ,appeared to be in a dressing gown but she was exiting the road that
leads to the 2 local prisons.
Visiting time in a dressing gown .... grim.

I'd ban all other laws to be replaced with "don't be a tt"
A panel of judges elected by me would decide on the definition of what a tt is.
I'd go for this. A panel of judges elected by me would decide on the definition of what a tt is.
Call it the "Be nice" law
If the urine is not extracted then all good.
