It looks like something produced by Swizzel - Matlow to me...


Be careful though, it could be a pressed tab of Harpic lavatory cleaning powder.
That could drive you clean round the bend!

Or it could be a very small dishwasher tablet.

Perscription drugs in the UK/EU have to have two identifing marks on them, these will tell people what the drug is and the strength. So if you found someone with a bunch of tablets passed out on the floor you can tell the medic/operator what the marks are and they can then prepare the team on the way/at the hospital.

For example - VGR50 or CDT102 (ones I worked on and can remember)
