I have never held a grudge against anyone in real life, let alone on the internet.

Well, it certainly seems to be an alien concept to some people and that is usually when the name- calling starts.
It's incredibly draining to engage with individuals like this.
But at the same time very easy to get dragged into an argument.
The key is to try to know when not to talk to them anymore.

.Not that I post too much on here these days due to life getting in the way, but I'd say there's only really one member I had a grudge against when I was active.
I'll readily admit that when I was a student with too much time on my hands, I did post a lot of drivel that deserved (most of) the putdowns it garnered.
However, one notable ex moderator took it upon himself to denigrate absolutely everything I said or did, no matter how positive or inoffensive.
2 notable examples:
1. Replying "If I was as genetically flawed as you I wouldn't be sharing pictures of myself" to a post of mine on a PH mugshots thread.
2. After I went to the nurburgring for the very first with some other PHers a couple of years ago, I had a great time and was chuffed to set a good lap and not break anything. Everyone else on the thread was pleased for me and told me to enjoy it, except mr grudge who replied to say that I had just confirmed to all that I was a "ring piece".
Multiple occasions have resulted in me asking this person if their mother ever told them old adage of "if you can't say anything nice...."
They really were an extraordinarily bitter and spiteful individual. Anyway, suffice to say they are not and will not be stalking and cyber-bullying me any more.

I know people that don’t like my car, a PT cruiser, I get a lot of slagging off about it, how bad it is, it’s nowhere as bad as they say, I don’t know if they have ever driven one before they slag it off
