Today was leg day at the gym....i might now be somewhat broken
1: Leg press finished at max of 130kg for 8 then dropped them down until i ended up on 50kg for 20.
2: Leg Curl ended up at 75kg for 3 sets of 10
3: Leg extension, toes in 4 sets of 15kg, toes out 4 sets of 15kg.

Then i walked the 2 miles home as it's a nice night......my legs are going to be like jelly tomorrow hehe

We've given up on the Battleships thing, she got the hump because I was blocking her radar with bits of tinfoil.

Never mind, we're having a go at the Absinthe now. Cheers all drink

Bobbers, Bobbers, Bobbers. You've been duped. You are building a 1980's Xerox copier.

Serious question time.
I was rearranging sauce jars and found one with the safety button popped up.
Lid seems tight.
Do I eat it ?
I'll give it a precautionary sniff test first but what does TT think ?
It's chilli sauce BTW.

yikes You have a beer shed in your park magoo???!!!! That is ssssoooo unfair!!!!
Yes and very gentile it is. Madam was very soon tipsy. Meanwhile myself and my hoppo Balue was only drinking vin Blanc. A glass every 3 to 7 mins.
We were lucky enough to meet up with other groups of folks looking for shade and few drinks.
All very gentil without any yo bosh type people etc.
Lucky I am.

I have just finished Robbopopping duties, having handed over control to Daughter & Son-in-Law after a lovely day spent with people of my own mental age group of 1 to 4 years old. smile

Dusk has fallen, and the chavtastic multicoloured solar garden lights that my wife has dotted around the garden have sprung into life as I sit on the patio chair relaxing with a pint of cool Weissbier. cloud9

All is peace and tranquillity, except for the remaining tinnitus from yesterday's long trip in Percy's accoustic cockpit.

It's been a good day. Fine sunny weather, a picnic in the park and quality time spent with the grandkids.

Marvellous!

It would appear that all/most/some is good in the world, Dicky has pointed me in a direction I've never considered, copier sales and maintenance, slopes has "beasted" his legs and will spend the next 3 days thinking he's walking on sponge and wincing a lot, Bomma has shredded his tin foil hat to win at Battleships, magoo has got Madame magoo drunk so he can take advantage of her, again, James TW thinks I'm a heathen, ok he may be right with that one, glenrobbo has been given back by the grandkids now that they're finished with him, Peri is contemplating whether or not to give himself food poisoning and I've reached a point where I'm beginning to realise just how big this truck is going to be!!!!

Fat blokes paw for scale purposes!!!

I had a lovely morning with Grandbomma, good bit of scootering and a nice bit of chicken salad for lunch.

Like you say glenrobbo, it's marvellous.

She's back home now, off with her mum tomorrow to go to the wilds of Northumbria.

I'm having a drop of Absinthe with Claire, she's still maintaining I shouldn't have chaffed her destroyer.

It was defensive. Can't bloody win, sometimes grumpy

I can see the flowers lit by the soft radiance of the solar lights.
It's like a fairy garden really. smile

Peri, if I were you, I'd hand over that suspect jar of sauce to the Porton Down bods, they will probably find a good use for it.

If you do decide to nosh the contents yourself, I would make sure you have a large supply of heavy gauge loo rolls, a spare washing up bowl, and a lot of drinking water to wash down the Imodium super strength you'll be needing. And plenty of bleach for your toilet and the surrounding area.

"D'ya feel lucky, punk?

Well, do ya?"

11th hour plot twist.
Seems the multiple philandering husband was going to poison wife but didn't and then his tattoo shop assistant bloke strangled her instead and chopped up her body with a chainsaw and put her in a hole in his garage or cellar floor.
Gripping stuff.

I can appreciate why the husband would feel like doing such a thing, but not a random tattoo shop assistant. confused
