On the whole whiskey thing......yuck.....dreadful stuff.

I’m aware this will induce grumpy but with recent events, i care not one bit. I’m sufficiently stealthy that nobody knows where i am to try and point out that i’m wrong.*

You lot are making me hungry, a dastardly thing to do when I'm trying to shift this 'ere pot belly of mine. Tsk, tsk and all that.

ION, I was supposed to receive next week's roster on my company ipad last night, still no sign of it and our working week begins at 00.01hrs tomorrow. There are going to be an awful lot of trains cancelled next week if we'recrapatrostering.com don't pull their fingers out of their Aris! None of us at out depot have a clue which jobs we're on , on which days we're actually working, or which routes we'll be working over. I give up!

Whisky is Hateful stuff!

1. It goes too quickly
2. There are so many whiskies and so little time
3. Some are too expensive
4. It can result in some inexiplicable posting on PH yikes
5. It's not all mine, mine, all mine! irked

Shall I go on, Bobbers?

Now I need to go shopping on a bloody Saturday afternoon because my whisky stocks are currently at Zero. Damn you, whisky! mad

I am indeed in control of them yes

The thing is, rightly or wrongly and it's entirely conjecture/tenuous at the most extreme, i have my reasons for disliking the liquid you love so much and i was going to post the reasons but i couldn't do it without it turning into a massive rant.

And it's not something that you deserve to be on the receiving end of, hence why i wont bother and we shall agree to disagree on the subject smile

I don't like whisky. In fact, I don't drink spirits as a rule but I can drink gin and tonic in an emergency.

'Emergency Vera & Philharmonic'. I like that. I like that a lot.

Whiskey.... hmmm, have to be very careful, the slightest snifter and I want more but have to make sure I'm at least twelve hours away from starting a shift at work, as the random D&A tests we get are a pain in the Aris'!
