Three things you think are overrated.
Discussion
Lots I agree with on here, 'watching motorsport trackside' I 100% agree with this, I've been to 100's of meets over the years and stood and watched pretty much every motorsport you could think of track side (apart from TF dragsters which is on my list) and yeah, being trackside is over rated, much prefer to sit and watch from the comfort of a sofa and get a much better overall viewing experience.
My three:
1. Getting drunk
2. Beyonce
3. Masturbation
In that order.

Quite difficult to pick a top 3 as this thread shows there are a lot of overrated things in life, I found careers as a suggestion quite an interesting one. Here are the first things that came to mind for me though:
1. Religion
2. The need to keep developing new technology
3. Spectating sports events

Anyway, it always amazes me, every time. Everyone has their own personal taste, and we all understand that, but the sheer level of musical ignorance required to consider the Beatles overrated is remarkable.

I knew when I started this thread that at least one person would nominate the Beatles. I encounter this in the real world from time to time in my job as a musician. I suspect for some it's done because they are trying to be 'different'.

/\ This - heard similar (and from some musicians), Paul, including Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Bowie, etc. Not liking them is one thing, considering them over-rated is something else. But I suppose everyone has their own opinions (even if they are wrong )Anyway, it always amazes me, every time.
