So this is how our local admins chose to deal with things on our local group-

After being told to stop being nazi tts they've deleted the whole group.
Amazing wobble
Women have found their calling in life, by being admins on Facebook pages and groups. Sadly this is the sort of irrational behaviour we have to live with.

Lot of truth in that, and if they are also running voluntary groups, encouraged by local councils, they are fully 'justified' to call out any and all dissenters of their opinions!

The Karen's have gone fully nuclear on our Facebook page. Post after post about "not feeling safe", joggers too close, "never going to xxx supermarket again because they removed the one way system" etc

Here is one example

'Panting Breath' I've come over all Karen.

Breeding ground for Extinction Rebellion "events", speeding & fireworks in my area, sweet middle class commissars who will set up the gulag in an instant if you fall outside of the "group think".

They seem to be calling for the local community to come together whilst rejecting/alienating those that do not conform.

I would think the same as your if I rev'd the st out of a bike with a needlessly loud (at the expense of performance) fart box attached next to your garden every weekend....

Your point is ?

We get the air ambulance over a couple of times a day as we live near a hospital. It’s amazing that people will be certain it’s the police helicopter despite being able to see it’s not, apps are available etc, then all the Karen’s explaining that they were chasing a speeding driver or pedo or something, which makes no sense at it just shot past in a a straight line.

Thankfully I’m not on Facebook, but my wife knows I find the bizarre discussions amusing.

We get stuff like that, as we're not far from where the local air ambulance is stationed. Or if it lands then people asking what has happened, and they "hope everyone is ok"... I sometimes feel like replying that someone is probably not in the best of health considering they require an air ambulance.

A few weeks ago someone was asking why there were police cars outside a house. Cue loads of speculation, then one person (I wish it was me) simply posted "mind your own business"... which sent the group into meltdown - "we have a right to know", "it could be a pedo", someone even suggested terrorism hehe

Our village has had assorted fund-raisers running including one by Rudy. Rudy is less than 10 years old, but doing his bit by selling donuts, slushies etc to the village kids. His mum decided to advertise an extra special service on our local facebook group. I'm quite sure she meant to say 'Custard Pie'.....
