Or has the artist carefully and skilfully crafted an insightful and accurate portrayal, concisely capturing the spirit and qualities of the England team.

They've topped their group and haven't conceded any goals, what more do you want?

They get paid an average of around 70k a week and only scored one goal in over 270 minutes of football. They have been about as dynamic as a soggy salad.

Would they have been better if they'd been paid £75k per week and worse if it was £60k?

Footballers wages are indeed excessive, but it's apparently the going rate. I never really understand the 'they're paid 'x' and they can't even do 'y' argument.

Their clubs think that they're worth the wages, so what difference does their pay make to how they perform for England?

The Scotland game was boring but the other two games were entertaining enough. Do you really expect a goalfest?

No, had the artist done that it would have been painted in magnolia or beige. sleepsleepsleep

I'd take boring 1-0 wins all the way. Of course I want us to bag a load of goals in every game but it's a results business.

How do people sell stuff like this? No information on the van, "mint condition" with first photo suggesting otherwise.

163 replies so far and I'd estimate 99% of those are people asking for prices, the other 1% are asking if they deliver to areas that aren't listed on the list of places they deliver to that I've edited out.

Are people getting more stupid or has the Internet just given them a stage to show their talents to the world?

The milk we have delivered is a similar price. Worth it IMHO as it includes delivery to your doorstep in a nice glass bottle. We have bread, eggs and orange juice delivered by the milkman too. We started as a lockdown thing, but it's so convenient, we have carried on with it.

We used to have a milkman but half the time he turned up after we had left for work so milk would usually spoil or in the winter freeze and explode.

Ours turns up at just before 0600, so about 20 mins before I get up. We are working from home now anyway, but it's just one less reason to go out to the shops. It actually saves us money overall, as if I go out for milk and bread I come back with all sorts of crap we don't need laugh
