PoF have deleted my account but won't tell me why! All they'll do is point me to their conditions of use & community guidelines, to my knowledge I've not done anything wrong (other than fib about my age but most people do that & how would they know anyway). I've been unable to log in for a few weeks so haven't even been on there.

I'm now concerned my account was hacked & used for dubious purposes, they won't let me open a new account & will delete any new account I open - I guess they use IP & MAC addresses?

Positive news, got a match on Bumble & Tinder after many, many weeks of nothing.

All that should matter is age, pic and your location to get a "like".

It's all about looks, there is no chat until they decide. And they have to decide quickly, once the like/like is established they only have 24hrs to message or it dies. It's a fking stupid idea. Basically window shopping for indecisive women.

AIUI it's the only major app not owned by Match. Make of that what you will.

Had pretty much given up on it then got 2 hits this last week, one of which looks vaguely promising, the orher not so much.

1st activity on there for many weeks though., I missed one match as I stopped logging in for a while.

Is the only app I’ve used since being single again.

Over 12 months I met 8 women for dates.
4 I saw for multiple dates, 1 of which I’ve been in a fwb situation for 9 months or so.

Personally I liked it. I approached OLD in a slightly lazy half-arsed way.. so I liked the fact they contacted you first. The thought of sitting there reaching out to strangers with fantastic one-liners to get noticed just wasn’t really my cuppa tea.
