It is true, however in this instance it is allowed, a few of the PH team usually present as a victims as well.

Although breaking into their house to obtain hair is frowned upon. Whereas it's perfectly OK to impersonate their dentist.

Also, whilst taxidermy is allowed, grave robbing isn't.

Essentially, your best bet is to google facebook their twitter feed for a while and then send them a bottle off something alcoholic and something plastic that vibrates.

Oh and, for some reason, it is now almost mandatory to send stroopwafels.

Three years in a row I've done this and not a hint of gooey, crumbly, crispy, chewy waffliness yet. Although to be fair I haven't sent any either so I need to up my game.

Is it wrong that I’ve already managed to stand over several members whilst they sleep?

I don’t know who my victim will be officially but I thought I’d cast the net wide now in the hope I strike it lucky.
