14/16C last weekend then today BAM , storm from the West Coast with another 8 inches of snow and a high of minus 9 . All highways heading East into Manitoba are presently closed . We were so nearly there

As much as I moan about the lack of snow in England, I am glad we don't get snow in April (mostly). Now it's spring I just want it to be pleasant and warm so I can get in the garden and look less sickly pale after winter.

Still got the winter wheels on our cars.

This is in the usually sub-tropically warm Thames Valley.

Reckon they might get swapped for the summers this weekend as apparently it is going to be a scorcha !

Yeah, winter is over and done with. Lets crack on with spring, warm weather, the odd shower. Start building to summer
